Processing Time

Orders typically take 2–5 business days to process before shipping.

During holidays or big drops, processing may take a little longer (we’re fast, but we’re not Santa’s elves).

Express Orders: If you choose express shipping at checkout, your order will be prioritized and processed faster.
Shipping Rates & Times

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Standard U.S. Shipping: usually 3–7 business days once shipped.

Express Shipping: usually 1–3 business days once shipped.

International orders? Times vary depending on where you live (wolves run fast, but planes are slower).
Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

If your tracking hasn’t updated in a few days, don’t panic — sometimes carriers are slow to scan.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your address at checkout. If your order is sent to the wrong place because of a typo, we can’t cover the reship.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once the package leaves our paws and is with the carrier, it’s officially out of our control.

If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you can’t find it:

Check with neighbors, family members, or your building office.

Contact your local carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to file a claim.

Stolen Packages: Nerdy Wolf Ink is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” but reported stolen. If theft is suspected, please file a claim directly with the carrier. In certain cases, we may request a police report before considering a replacement.
Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives looking like it went through a demolition derby, email us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll help sort it out.
- We typically respond within 48–72 business hours (with a small allowance for ☕ breaks).
