Processing Time

  • Orders typically take 2–5 business days to process before shipping.

  • During holidays or big drops, processing may take a little longer (we’re fast, but we’re not Santa’s elves).

  • Express Orders: If you choose express shipping at checkout, your order will be prioritized and processed faster.

Shipping Rates & Times

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: usually 3–7 business days once shipped.

  • Express Shipping: usually 1–3 business days once shipped.

  • International orders? Times vary depending on where you live (wolves run fast, but planes are slower).

Tracking Your Order

  • You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

  • If your tracking hasn’t updated in a few days, don’t panic — sometimes carriers are slow to scan.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

  • Please double-check your address at checkout. If your order is sent to the wrong place because of a typo, we can’t cover the reship.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • Once the package leaves our paws and is with the carrier, it’s officially out of our control.

  • If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you can’t find it:

    1. Check with neighbors, family members, or your building office.

    2. Contact your local carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to file a claim.

  • Stolen Packages: Nerdy Wolf Ink is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” but reported stolen. If theft is suspected, please file a claim directly with the carrier. In certain cases, we may request a police report before considering a replacement.

Damaged in Transit

  • If your order arrives looking like it went through a demolition derby, email us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll help sort it out.

  • We typically respond within 48–72 business hours (with a small allowance for ☕ breaks).
