🐺 Return Policy

(The boring but important part… don’t worry, we’ll keep it simple)

Eligibility

  • Returns, exchanges, and store credit are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Custom or clearance items are final sale (because nobody wants your cousin’s “limited edition” one-off).

Refunds

  • Eligible items returned will be refunded to your original payment method (minus shipping costs).

  • Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to appear on your account.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color? No problem — exchanges are accepted if the item is in original condition.

  • If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Store Credit

  • Prefer to shop again? We can issue store credit equal to your return amount (minus shipping) for use on a future order.

  • Store credit codes never expire (because we want you back in the Pack).

Process

  1. Email us at nerdywolfink@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We typically reply within 48–72 business hours (coffee breaks may apply).

  2. We’ll send instructions and a return address.

  3. Once we get your item back and give it the sniff test (just kidding — but we do inspect), we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

If we messed up, we’ll fix it ASAP. If your dog chewed it, that’s between you and your dog.
